Immunization

Utah law requires children to show proof of immunization or signed exemption before starting school. The laws regarding which vaccinations are required are changing. The Utah Vaccine Advisory Committee and the Utah Department of Health determine the immunization requirements that are based on recommendations from organizations such as the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
